Granbury and the surrounding area are developing both residential and commercial properties at an ever-increasing rate. As development increases locally sourced high quality building materials are becoming harder to find. Not only does this impact new development, but it also reduces or eliminates materials needed for maintenance and repair of existing infrastructure.
We have the perfect opportunity to provide the surrounding area with a much-needed high quality stone and gravel for construction and maintenance from subgrade and pipe bedding to concrete and roadway aggregate. While extracting stone for processing, the unique stones will be set aside for landscape features, and our stone masons will have the ability to hand select stone for their projects.

Trinity Geo stone and gravel production
Three phase plan to continue growth and maximize potential.
Trinity Geo LLC sets aside an average of 65% of the per-ton price to reinvest in the maintenance and replacement of equipment and infrastructure to avoid costly downtime due to neglect or catastrophic failure. We have a team with over one hundred years’ combined experience with heavy equipment, mining, and quarrying ready to begin phase one. By the end of phase three, the intention is to employ over 70 individuals from the area with high paying career opportunities and exceptional benefits. Creating an environment employees take pride in and enjoy the work they do will reduce costly downtime due to personnel issues.
Collaborating with preferred vendors, we will be able to offer materials at a reduced rate compared to what is currently available at this time. Reduced pricing ensures our preferred vendors can stay competitive in today’s market. Due to our proximity, we will also be able to provide municipalities, county and state maintenance departments with high quality materials which are not currently available locally. This not only reduces the cost associated with transporting the materials, but it also frees up their equipment which is already in short supply. Fostering these local relationships will ensure consistent sales for many years to come.
Phase 1 production begins
Land needs to be purchased or secured, permits are filled at this time. The permitting process takes 30-60 days. The first set of machines can be delivered. During this time the infrastructure including roads, scales, staging areas, and offices can be installed. When permits are approved materials can be stockpiled. When all equipment for mining and processing are in place, sales to the public may commence. Phase 1 production of crushed aggregate with a limited selection of washed chip.
Phase 2 adds sand increases crushed stone production
Phase 2 adds equipment to allow additional screening capabilities including sand production. Staffing of administrative, management, and field operations is increased to accommodate increased production and sales.
Phase 3 production potential reached
Phase 3 adds secondary crushing, bulk material transportation, and the remaining staff to accommodate the increase in production and sales.
Trinity Geo Investment
Investing in our community
We are interested in investors who are looking for low risk with high ROI. We substantially reduce the upfront risk by attaining undeveloped property at a fair price, which can be cleared and manicured to sell at or above the initial investment. The secondary risk reduction lies in our business model which has been developed to avoid the known pitfalls in this industry. Production of large volumes consistently is key to success in aggregate production.
Investments will be used to:
- Purchase/Secure suitable land
- Purchase machines and equipment for Phase 1 production
- Provide 6 month operating capital to cover startup to full Phase 1 production
Return on investments can be arranged to repay original investments and royalties or a higher royalty generating a higher ROI.
We are looking forward to hearing from serious investors. Business Plan and Investment Proposal are available upon request.
